She didn’t have access to the red light - which hasn’t happened in years, especially for a so call upgraded facial. Very basic. Disappointed.7. Victoria is an excellent massage therapist and provided a quality Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage. She addressed my concerns and target areas. Beautiful spa and a very peaceful experience.8. Xena was amazing. I really needed to loosen up for my 60 mile walk this weekend. I have been doing some intense Body20 EMS workouts and was so very tight. I also needed her to break up the fascia in my feet. She did a great job and put up w my rambling too! Wish you were open after Susan G Komen 3 day 60 mile walk Sunday evening! I would come back! It was just ok !we had called and texted for 3 days and then we had little chat with hotel manager and he c called them and got us an appointment ! It was disappointing that we had to do that . Then you could tell they only came in for our appointment and then closed up and left . We have been there before and it was real nice . No Champaign this time she forgot and gave us water but maybe next time she said . 540.00 for a couples message and we will not be back .14. The Spa therapist Carla was very kind and made me feel welcomed. The receptionist was nice. My rating is based on the overall experience, and my comparison of previous Spa experiences. I did not feel that the Deep Dive Detox Wrap (mud wrap) was worth $270. The treatment was $235 plus a mandatory 6% surcharge to cover the CA minimum wage increase and a mandatory 20% tip. I was given slippers that were too small, and then offered slippers that were 3 maybe 4 sizes too big. I expected my skin to feel refreshed and hydrated after the treatment; I did not notice a change. With any type of detox, keeping hydrated is essential; I was never told to “stay hydrated”. I do not recommend the Deep Dive Detox Wrap treatment and I believe the Spa management needs to upgrade the darn slippers. It’s the little things that can change a clients perspective.15. If I could give Carla 100 stars, I would! She really listened, adjusted the pressure perfectly, and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. After months of parent caregiving and with an important event just hours away, she left me feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready.
